People's Mag 10 Best Dressed Celebrities of 2008

We still got three months left for 2008 but People's magazine already declared their 10 best dressed celebrities for this year. According to Melissa Liebling-Goldberg, "classic or rebel, girl-next-door or vamp, each of these women made all the right fashion moves this year". What do you think?
