Miss Piggy for Instyle November 2011 Issue
In lieu of her upcoming movie, Miss Piggy pose for InStyle November 2011 Issue. For her photo shoot, six designers including Prabal Gurung, Jason Wu, Brian Atwood, Suno, Opening Ceremony, and Giles & Brother created custom pieces for her.
Trendspotting- Peek-a-boo Shoes!
If your feet have been craving a peep show they're in luck. If the Spring runways shows are any indication of what's to come (imagine that) then vinyl shoes are all the rage!
Dolce & Gabana's shoes were almost exclusively see through...
These were my favorite and seemed to be the most forgiving for those with less than pretty toes...
Macrame AND vinyl AND a woven heel/platform?? That's a whole lot of shit gong on. Imagine how foggy they'd get after a quick jog a-la Carrie Bradshaw. I always loved how she ran in her Manolos.
Anyway! I digress...
Missoni. Oh Missoni... These are cuckoo crazy.
Little barber shop pole heel, mixed material flowers, striped print, mismatching colors. Serious WTF?
I'm LOVING these milky lucite glasses by Prabal Gurung ♥
Oh Versace. Always serving the fiercest of tranny hooker shoes.
Loving this ombre sort of spray painted bottom.
Plus I'm having a serious love affair with wedges right now.
Marchesa showed clear in mesh form...
A less sweaty way to wear the trend for sure.
And don't forget about these guys from my previous post.

The Prabal Gurung spring 2012 collection is one of my favorites so far. As the purple palette dominated the looks, athletic material was mixed with flirty-er fabrics to achieve a more feminine effect on the runway.
Kristen Stewart LBD Style Eclipse
Kristen Stewart has been reliving the Little Black Dress (LBD) trend during the promotion for The Twilight Saga‘s 3rd installment, Eclipse. During the premiere night in Rome (left), she wore a one-shouldered ruffled Marchesa dress and Roger Vivier platforms. For the photo call in Italy (right, she picked a J. Mendel tweed and organza dress paired with peep toe pumps. At the premiere in Korea, Kristen Stewart (center), opted a belted, long-sleeve Prabal Gurung minidress.

YSL Rive Gauche Perfume Bottle: Designer Prabal Gurung's bow top and royal blue pants ensemble, Spring 2010
Well kids, it's that time again, and New York Fashion Week is upon us. If you are a designer and have an extra $200,000 lying around to show your collection during NY Fashion Week (that's about how much it costs to show in the Mercedes Benz official tents!), then this week is all about YOU!
Silver Pouf: A look from Jason Wu Spring 2010 Collection
I was invited to several shows but unfortunately "work calls" here in LA, and had to remain in Southern California. Andy Cohen--of Bravo--even asked me if I wanted to attend the She by Sheree Show at NY Fashion Week! (maybe he was just joking!) But you know I would have LOVED to have been there to see the "hot mess" (or not). But alas, it's Emmy Awards Week and I have tons of things to do here in LA.
To check out the "latest and greatest" from NY Fashion Week, be sure to go to one of my FAVORITE sites for "all things fashion", Fashion Week Daily. They are the best! So far, I have looked at some of the collections and Anna Wintour and Michelle Obama "boy wonder", Jason Wu and designer Prabal Gurung's collection--inspired by his mother's YSL perfume bottle--have been my favorites. Prabal's collection is very "YSL Rive Gauche" for 2010.
