Lace Duchess:
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, William and Catherine, attended the UK premiere of Steven Spielberg's new blockbuster "War Horse" tonight. The premiere, in London's Leicester Square, was also attended by 600 serving and ex-serving military personnel and their families, as well as beneficiaries of military charities.
The royal couple, who will celebrate Kate's 30th birthday tomorrow, attended the event in aid of the Foundation of Prince William and Prince Harry. All eyes were, of course, on Catherine and what she wore and how she looked...
The Duchess graced the red carpet wearing a floor-length custom-made black lace gown by Alice Temperley of Temperley London. The long-sleeved dress, featured a nude-colored slip lining, a built-in cinched black waistband and skirt panels which added sweep to the gown.
She accessorized with a black clutch bag and intricate diamond jewellery, including the delicately beautiful bracelet seen in above photo. The gown has "references" to Temperley of London's Resort 2012 Collection, such as...

It was also very similar (in the lace fabrication) to the navy blue lace Erdem dress she wore during her Canada State Visit last year.
Steven Spielberg, "Joey" and actor Jeremy Irvine, UK Premiere of "War Horse"
During tonight's "War Horse" red carpet premiere, William and Catherine shared the limelight with the star of the film who trotted down the red carpet. The thoroughbred, called "Joey", was driven from his stables in Milton Keynes to face fans and photographers. "Joey" also posed with Steven Spielberg and the other "War Horse" star, young actor Jeremy Irvine.
